Meet the Founder
Joe Essenburg
With a vision for building something meaningful, Joe offers a blend of results-first thinking, deep technical curiosity, and decades of hands-on experience. Before starting Enry, he led the global Capital Projects practice for Stroud International, helping hundreds of project teams to consistently reduce capital and schedule by 10-30% without trade-offs.
Initially focused in the Aerospace sector partnering on projects with NASA, the US Air Force, and MIT (alma-mater), he has gone on to refine and expand his approach extensively in Energy, Mining, and Manufacturing. He specializes in projects pioneering the adoption of new technology.
Joe is an avid musician along with his wife, serves as Board Chair for New West Music and Arts Society, and enjoys teaching as a provincial instructor with the Canadian Shotokan Karate Association.
